Delivery:
Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address.( All Goods are despatched by special delivery that requires signed customer receipt. Please ensure that your chosen delivery address takes this into account)
Please allow up to 28 days delivery on some items, we do aim to despatch orders within 10 working days of receipt, certain items such as personalised shirts may take longer.
Returns:
All our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee with the exception of dvd's, videos, and cd's that can only be refunded if faulty or at the manager's discretion. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Crystal Palace FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.

If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, please return to Mail order dept by REGISTERED POST/ RECORDED DELIVERY. Postage is paid by the customer. We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are not returned to us registered post/recorded delivery.
